    Our community center serves as a meeting place for people from all over the world. Here children, adolescents and adults meet to learn from each other, to research together and to develop new ideas. We offer access to resources to develop individual talents and implement innovative projects.

    The World School - Education as a global revolution

    The World School is our contribution to global educational reform. Here children and adults are taught in a way that prepares them for the future. Our model is practice -oriented and linked to education with entrepreneurial thinking. Economic benefits are enormous because well -trained people economically strengthen their communities in the long term. Companies also benefit from qualified, innovative young people.

    Our vision - the establishment of a self -sufficient ecosystem for everyone

    The Changelis non -profit UG (limited liability) is an organization based in Germany that implements development policy projects worldwide in the areas of education, sustainable infrastructure, social economy and knowledge transfer. Our goal is to create disadvantaged people through education, access to water, renewable energies, entrepreneurship and global cooperation.

     

    At the center of our work is the conviction that real development can only succeed through self -empowerment, value orientation and participatory approaches. Our projects combine local resources with international know-how and promote sustainable transformation in structurally weak regions.

     

    education

    We are currently developing the first World School in Tanzania, an innovative educational project that offers children and adolescents access to practical, value -based education. The aim is to develop your own projects, to strengthen families economically and later to network internationally. The model is to be transferred to other countries to promote global educational justice.

    BUILDING

    Community Competence Center (CCC) Together with a German university, we build a competence center in Tanzania that serves as a place for learning, production, digital work, sustainable agriculture and social entrepreneurship. It combines people, promotes exchange and serves as the basis for further development - locally rooted, globally networked.

    energy

    We implement projects for access to clean water (e.g. fountain construction) and, together with local partners, develop sustainable energy solutions (biogas, solar). For our buildings we rely on ecological construction methods, e.g. B. with local bamboo, and promote knowledge of natural materials and circular economy.

    Trade

    Fair economy & global value creation - Rafkibo Coffee & Co. With our social business brand Rafikibo, we create transparent trade structures. We sell products such as coffee, cashews and Macadamia from Tanzania in Europe- fairly traded, high-quality processed, with direct return of the proceeds to education and development projects. Every product tells the history of the people behind it and creates awareness of global relationships.

    Spray

    An important part of our work is developmental education in Germany and Europe. Through lectures, workshops, events, documentaries and social media, we show concrete solutions for global challenges. Our film project accompanies the construction of the World School and tells touching stories about hope, change and global solidarity.

    Principles of our work
    Our projects follow the principle of "Help for self -help" and always arise in cooperation with local communities. We pay attention to cultural sensitivity, transparency, sustainability and the long -term effect of our work. We combine modern technology with traditional knowledge and work spaces in which people can develop and take on responsibility.

    We believe in a new form of global development - beyond pure need towards real partnership, appreciation and joint future design. Our vision is to build so -called "archen" in as many countries as possible: places of hope, education, economic development and social cohesion.

    Changelis sees itself as a bridge between north and south, between vision and implementation, between individual and community. Our development policy work is part of a greater change towards a fairer, more ecological and more human world.

    Our partner school, the comprehensive school on Rosenberg in Hofheim a.s. is in an exchange with our partner school in Mulala Secondary School in Tanzania

    We support the sale of the organic coffee on the international market and the income flow into work on social projects.
